Start with a concept image. Put a portrait, front view and back view on one reference sheet so the face, clothes and proportions stay consistent.

Pick footage that suits your character. Add your reference images and test a short clip before making the full video.

Use ChatGPT or Claude to write clear instructions for what changes and what stays. Fix common problems, such as a face that looks different or movement that feels off.

Follow my editing and posting process, from checking the finished clip to my CapCut export settings, moving it to your phone without losing quality and uploading it to Instagram or TikTok. The small details are explained step by step. Add a short caption and let viewers know the character is AI.
